Timeline

  • Vendor Load In: 8–8:30 a.m. Table must be set up prior to 9:30 a.m.
  • Holiday Market: 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Member Appreciation Hours: 9:30–11:30 a.m.
  • Vendor Load Out: 4–4:45 p.m. (doors lock at 5 p.m.)

Event Details

  • We will provide one 6 foot table, a black tablecloth, and chair(s).
  • HNOC free wifi is available, but not always reliable. Please bring your own wifi hotspot if you have one.
  • Helis Hall is dimly lit. Please bring your own extension cords and table lighting for the best possible representation of your product.
  • The Cafe at the Collection will be open for coffee and lunch. Food is allowed in Helis Hall but not past the main doors into the museum.
  • Vendors are responsible for parking. Information regarding parking locations near 520 Royal Street and fees on weekends can be found here. We recommend parking at Premium Parking Lot P0249, 520 Chartres Street.
  • Load in may be done via the back entrance to Helis Hall. Access is through the Security Door located at the back of the Premium Parking Garage P0149, 535 Chartres Street.
  • From noon to 3 p.m., enjoy music from the New Orleans Jazz Viper Quartet in our courtyard. 

Application Details

  • The deadline to apply is Friday, September 12 by end of day. Due to the popularity of this event, space is limited.
  • Vendors accepted will be notified by Thursday, September 25.
  • Vendors will confirm their spot by paying their table fee by end of day on Thursday, October 9.
  • 100% of day-of sales go directly to the vendor.
  • If the event is canceled for any reason, vendors will be refunded their table fee within one month. Refunds will not be provided if the vendor cancels.
  • Vendors will need to confirm their tax ID / EIN for market-based sales tax collection and are responsible for paying their appropriate sales taxes.

 Table Pricing

  • $150 - Vendors
  • $75 - Packaged Food Vendors (ie: baked goods)
