Event Timeline

  • Vendor Load-In: 8:00am – 8:30am (tables must be set up prior to 9:30am)
  • Member Appreciation Hours: 9:30am – 11:30am
  • Holiday Market Open Hours: 9:30am – 4:00pm
  • Live Music in the Courtyard: Noon – 3:00pm
  • Vendor Load-Out: 4:00pm – 4:45pm (doors lock at 5:00pm)

Vendor Details

  • Each vendor will be provided one 6' table, black tablecloth, and chair(s).
  • HNOC free Wi-Fi is available but not always reliable. Please bring your own Wi-Fi hotspot if possible.
  • Helis Hall is dimly lit. Please bring your own extension cords and table lighting for the best representation of your product.
  • The Café at the Collection will be open for coffee and lunch. Food is allowed in Helis Hall but not past the main doors into the museum.
  • 100% of day-of sales go directly to the vendor.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own parking. Parking is recommended at Premium Parking Lot P0249, 520 Chartres Street. Parking in New Orleans | Premium Parking.
  • Load-in may be done via the back entrance to Helis Hall. Access is through the Security Door at the back of Premium Parking Garage P0149, 535 Chartres St.

Table Pricing

  • $150 — General Vendors
  • $75 — Packaged Food Vendors (e.g., baked goods)

Application Details

  • Space is limited due to the popularity of this event.
  • Application deadline: End of day, Friday, September 18
  • Vendor notifications: By September 25
  • Table fee payment deadline: End of day, Friday, October 9 (confirms your spot)
  • Vendors will need to confirm their EIN for market-based sales tax collection and are responsible for paying their appropriate sales taxes.
  • If the event is canceled for any reason, vendors will be refunded their table fee within 30 days. Refunds will not be given if the vendor cancels.

Member Appreciation Day

  • The Annual Holiday Market coincides with Member Appreciation Day, one of our most highly attended member events, driving strong foot traffic and providing vendors with direct access to an engaged community of members and shoppers throughout the day. Event highlights include:

    • Member Appreciation Hours: 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM
    • Complimentary mimosas for members during Appreciation Hours
    • 20% off purchases in The Shop (and website) for members all day
    • Live music by the New Orleans Jazz Viper Quartet from 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM

    These member-exclusive benefits create a festive shopping experience that encourages extended visits, increased engagement, and greater vendor exposure throughout the event.

    Please note that the member discount applies only to purchases made through The Shop. Vendors are not required to offer discounts on their merchandise.
