A layered laser cut diorama of the Chef Paul Prudhomme Building at 416 Chartres Street — the former home of K-Paul’s Louisiana Kitchen, acquired by The Historic New Orleans Collection in 2023 and now part of the HNOC campus adjacent to the Williams Research Center.

Developed in New Orleans after Pete’s 2015 trip to Japan sparked his interest in woodblock printing and paper crafts, each diorama is assembled from 8 laser-cut cardboard layers connected by 8 tabs. Recommended for ages 10 and up.
