The collection draws on the French Quarter building’s layered architectural history — evoking three distinct eras: the opulent private home, the bohemian art school, and the WWL TV studio. The Entresol design specifically references the ornate cast iron balcony added to the second floor in the mid-19th century, when cast iron became popular on the Pontalba buildings surrounding Jackson Square.
