A native of New Orleans, Michael Clement creates art inspired by the rich architectural landscape of his home city. Clement's talents and interests are diverse. By trade, Clement is a landscape designer and finish carpenter; he received a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from Louisiana State University.
Clement's art primarily focuses on the rich cultural treasures of New Orleans and the surrounding areas. New Orleans is a city that provides a vast array of architectural styles: French and Spanish Colonial, Italianette, Victorian, and Arts and Crafts are a few that Clement's work has reflected.
The tombs are fired clay with either a gold leafing finish or in white.
The top comes off to allow for keepsakes.
