HNOC purchased the original K-Paul's Louisiana Kitchen building at 416 Chartres Street in 2023. Now called the Chef Paul Prudhomme Building, the three-story structure sits adjacent to HNOC's Williams Research Center, housing offices, a workshop, and production space.

The product is packaged in a flat sleeve and created from 8 different layers. Included in the package are 8 connecting tabs that are needed for construction.

The assembled size is H 3.8" W 5.8" D 2.5"

Pete's passion for layered craftsmanship was sparked in 2015 during a trip to Japan, where he was captivated by woodblock printing and intricate paper crafts. Back home in New Orleans, he developed the idea of using a computer-controlled laser to cut and etch cardboard into layered dioramas — and in 2017, created his first prototype.
