11" to 17.5" each spoon has a different length and is carved from a variety of wood.
Roux spoons are a great multi purpose kitchen utensil because it has a flat curved edge. Our roux spoons originally came from drop pieces in the chair rail making process so that no wood is ever wasted. Now we are making drop piece roux spoons from all of our hard wood. The oil used in finishing the roux spoons is food friendly and vegetable based. Roux spoons make great gifts for friends, weddings, favors and family. Make sure that you have at least one in your kitchen!
Each Spoon is unique and is sold individually.
